Barbara Udale has 35 years as an experienced facilitator and coach. Her interest and expertise is in developing individuals, teams and organizations to perform to their best ability, thereby assisting them to achieve their full potential. This is achieved through a pragmatic approach coupled with the ability to use a wide range of tools and processes.

Barbara works with a wide variety of clients both in Australia and New Zealand. She has developed and facilitated a range of customized interventions including Executive and Leadership Coaching, Organisational Culture and Leadership Development, Team Development and Building Values Driven Organisations.

Barbara also works with a wide range of clients as a freelance meeting facilitator, assisting groups to reach actionable consensus.

Barbara is a Certified Master Coach, holding a Graduate Certificate of Applied Coaching. She specializes in developing leadership and management competencies with her clients through using behavioural coaching techniques and a structured process to achieve the agreed outcomes. Barbara also coaches teams to increase their level of effectiveness in working together.

Barbara Udale has a depth of experience, integrity and interest in her clients that guarantees good outcomes.  To enhance and personalize the individual, team and organisational development process, Barbara utilizes a wide variety of techniques, tools and feedback instruments. Barbara is a master trainer in the DISC Profiling System and accredited to use a wide variety of other instruments and programs. These include the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, the Harrison Assessment, the Life Styles Inventory, Leadership Impact, Leadership Development Assessment, EQMap, Leadership Development Assessment, RapidConsensus Facilitation Model, Senior Team Alignment Process and the Shared Values Process.
