Barb Udale
Barb Udale has more than 35 years experience working in both Australia and New Zealand in leadership development and coaching.
She has worked extensively with a wide variety of both public and private sector organisations, providing leadership development and coaching to senior executives and their teams.
Barb’s interest and expertise is in creating the right environment and relationship for people to grow and develop. This is achieved by increasing awareness, honing thinking skills, and developing skills and strategies to move towards their desired objectives.
Barb has a depth of experience, integrity and a real interest in her clients therefore guaranteeing good outcomes. She achieves this through her pragmatic approach coupled with the ability to use a wide range of validated tools and coaching processes.
It is important to Barb to continually develop her own skills and practice. This means that she is continually taking opportunities to expand her own learning, and is in regular supervision.
