Barb Udale has been facilitating groups to help them move towards an actionable consensus for over 25 years.
Her clients have spanned both the public and private sectors, and she has been engaged to facilitate many different situations including organizational vision and values, conflict resolution, business planning, and issue related discussions.
Facilitation Techniques
Barbara uses a variety of facilitation techniques, and specialises in designing facilitated process to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Facilitating, and training facilitators, to work with over 200 delegates at the Auckland Symposium.
- Facilitating a number of specialized focus groups looking at funding and development for advancing economic development.
- Facilitated workshop for Central Government on “Supporting Urban Development”.
- Facilitated a diverse group consisting of business, academic and community leaders, in addressing the recommendations of the Royal Commission into the future Governance of Auckland.
- Facilitated a joint working group to bring together the agencies involved in managing the Homeless Project, through the Committee for Auckland and the Auckland City Mission.
- Organised, facilitated, and trained other facilitators to provide meaningful breakout sessions at the Mayoral “Auckland Unleashed” Summit.
- Provide facilitated working sessions for business planning for a wide variety of clients.
