Barb has a long history of developing and facilitating individually designed learning opportunities for both leaders and teams.
She has a passion to help both new and experienced leaders, and teams to grow and develop.
Through consultation she is able to create a curriculum to suit both individual and group needs, be it to develop specific competencies or to facilitate Conversations for Leadership.
